Just a head's up folks. I'm going to be doing some major pruning of my gallery over the next few days. I have a ton of old art pieces that, to me, look like they were drawn by a fifth grader. (No offense to my daughter. 
) So I hope you've enjoyed my early pieces while they were there because by next week they'll go the way of the dinos.

Spring/Summer 2011 Commissions - 50 SLOTS OPEN!!
Hello out there all my watchers! I was able to make it into AWA's Artist's Alley for this year. Unfortunately, with my husband being sick nearly all of last month, money was extra tight and my cash for the table and prints had to go to bills. So I'm opening up commissions again. You can get a sketch portrait from me for only $5! Please, help a girl out!

1) The $5 is for one sketch bust portrait of one character. Any additional sketches or characters will be an additional $5.

Wow, been a year.....
Well, life's been... life. I've been artsing, and sewing, writing, and designing. I wish I could contribute as much time to my art as I used to, but I just can't. It's sad, but don't you think for one moment that I'll ever stop drawing.
On a side note, I participated in NaNoWriMo this month, which is National Novel Writing Month for those not in the know. The goal is to write 50k words (which is a slim novel) during the month of November. Why? Because a lot of people say they want to write a book someday but never do it. Now I gots some braggin rights because I made it, baby! As of 4pm today I hit 50,042 words and I'm still going cuz the sto
Wow! 10k pageviews!
Whoa, I can't believe that I hit 10,000 pageviews and totally missed it. Where was I? Looking at other people's pages I guess. I should have done something special to thank all of my friends, watchers, and as my buddy !Latif (https://www.deviantart.com/latif) puts it, dA familia. It's been a really awesome 4 years and I couldn't have gotten to where I am today if it hadn't been for all the patient advice I've received since I've been here.
Also, since I missed 10k I'll give a special gift art to whoever is my 11K visitor. Just e-mail or note me with the screen cap and I'll put together something great for you.

End of the Year
There seems to be something about the end of the year that always sparks my creativity. Maybe my stars or planets are in alignment or some hogwash like that. But it seems like from September to December of every year, I sit down to pencil and paper and crank out works. (Not all of them make it to dA, however.)
Best to just go with the flow.
